The Head Mistress at an elite finishing school for young ladies rules by the rod and seizes every opportunity to severely punish the young ladies at the establishment for the slightest misdemeanour. The Head Mistress has been desperate to punish the Head Girl, who is a goodly two shoes and model student, but has never been able to find a reason to do so. However, while carrying out some financial checks for the school, the Head Mistress Scarlet discovers some irregularities with the school accounts that are controlled by none other than the Head Girls stepparents.
