The Sunday Scaries are just a manifestation of anxiety, so we've got to figure out how to regulate your nervous system. But I can't do that without dysregulating it first. One of my favorite things is getting you all wound up, and then walking it back... And then doing that over and over again. There's a fun little mechanism we're going to use in this exercise though.
